Join HFR Today Downtown recycling now at Haines Home Building Open during business hours (no cardboard or plastic at that site) Hours and Times The Recycling Center on Small Tracts Road is open at the following times for cardboard and plastic: Every Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm Thursdays and Fridays from 9-noon. Other materials can be taken to the Recycling Center on Small Tracts Road 24/7 or to Haines Home Building Supply during business hours.
